Having cancer or caring for someone with cancer can feel really lonely and extremely isolating. Adding a global pandemic on top of dealing with cancer is overwhelming to say the least. Now, perhaps more than ever before, prioritizing your mental health is critical. We created this guide to help you cope, relax, and, hopefully, feel a little less overwhelmed.
