RESTORE focuses on wellness during cancer treatment and post cancer treatment. RESTORE will help patients patients and care partners who want to plan their life beyond treatment by tapping into knowledge from oncology nurses, psycho-oncologists, supportive care specialists, patient navigators, clinical social workers, nutritionists and other care team members.
The program creates space for equitable conversations to gain actionable insights with tips on how to maximize well-being before, during, and after treatment. RESTORE includes:
