You’re Invited! We hope you’ll join us for our next Empowered #patientchat as we discuss “Becoming Empowered: Shared Decision Making”.

Empowered Patient Chats (#patientchat) are held every other Friday at 10:00 am Pacific / 1:00 pm Eastern and during the chat patients and advocates come to learn from each other and discuss topics of interest to empowered patients.

Guiding the chat will be the following Topic Questions (T1:):

T1: What does the process of shared-decision making look like to you? #PatientChat 

T2:  Does shared-decision making directly impact patient compliance? If so, how? #PatientChat

T3: Why is it pivotal to partner with your care team? #PatientChat

T4: What can someone do if their care team is resistant to participating in shared-decision making? #PatientChat

T5:  What does becoming empowered look like to you? #PatientChat
